Team payments only made -- in person -- at Skatetown with a swipe of a MasterCard, VISA
or American Express. Ask the cashier to ring up under enrollment
#96811 and write the name of your team on the receipt. Also ask
the cashier to give a copy of the receipt with the team name listed to
Susan. Checks are OK only if received no later than June 4.
